1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for an account on RustDedicated Hosting ("Service"), accessible via https://rustdedicated.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• Provide accurate and complete information during the signup process.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activities under your account.
• RustDedicated Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of Service

• Use the hosting servers only for legitimate Rust game hosting purposes.
• Not engage in activities that are illegal, harmful, or disruptive to the Service or other users.
• Rust server in-game names should not be racist, homophobic, or hateful toward others.
• Storing prohibited files on the server, such as movies or pornography, is not allowed.
• Follow the Facepunch Community Server guidelines for community servers.
• Abide by any additional guidelines or rules provided by RustDedicated Hosting.
• RustDedicated Hosting reserves the right to monitor and restrict any usage that violates these Terms.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Payment for server hosting is due upfront and will be billed as per the selected plan (31 Days).
• Refunds will be granted if the refund period has not ended, service disruptions caused by the company (us).
• Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

6. Suspension and Termination

RustDedicated Hosting may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Payment is not received.
• Your actions harm the Service or other users.
• Not following Facepunch Community Server Rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided on the Website or through the Service, including but not limited to software, graphics, and text, are the intellectual property of RustDedicated Hosting and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use, modify, or distribute these materials without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

RustDedicated Hosting is not responsible for:

• Any data loss caused by the user's actions or issues arising from third-party services, such as an installed plugin, incorrect server regeneration configuration, or other user actions.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Adding an untrusted subuser to your game panel or server who has access to sensitive data.

9. Privacy Policy

RustDedicated Hosting respects your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how your data is collected, used, and protected.

10. Changes to the Terms

RustDedicated Hosting reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RustDedicated Hosting operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.

12. Free Trial Rust Servers

A free trial Rust server is approved only once per account. If your request was rejected for any reason, you can try again in 1-2 days. If you have not signed up with the email address provided during the free trial request, we will automatically create an account for you and email you the login details for the Billing Panel and Game Panel (where you can configure your Rust servers). The trial server will be available for 24 hours from the time of approval, after which it will be deleted along with all server data, including plugins, configurations, and everything included in the package.

We reserve the right to delete your free trial Rust server at any time if you violate the rules.

13. Sales Tax on Purchase

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable sales tax on their purchase or renewal, which is not included in the prices listed on our website "https://rustdedicated.com". Sales tax amounts vary according to the customer's country or residence, and we cannot modify these amounts.
